Flexible price of software

So far used it for time sensitive recipes, built my own 7min workout plan and even used to to keep track of my shot list during a photoshoot. Looks to be getting a bit stale no updates in a while. I would like to see:
voice control- issue commands
Import- csv excel etc
Web tool

If any one knows of a tool similar to this please leave it in the review thanks
