I, like others who have used this app, have add. I often struggle with time management, being overwhelmed by to-do lists, being distracted, heck even the rehab exercises for my sprained ankle have been hard to follow up on. This app has made a huge difference in my life. It allows me to complete multiple tasks in small chunks so I dont get overwhelmed, I can even schedule five minute breaks if I need them and still stay on track. That is a really big deal for me. It sounds so small and unimportant, but it makes a world of difference in my life.
